Alton Hoover has more than 25 years experience in software development, computer operations and networking technologies. Prior to joining PeoplePoint Systems, Mr. Hoover was the Vice President of Engineering at Spare Backup, Inc. where he was responsible for Spare's suite of online backup applications and services. Mr. Hoover previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer for Luna Imaging, Inc. where he directed the development of Luna's Insight suite of software and hosted services. Mr. Hoover also served as Chief Technology Officer for both Capstar Network Systems and ClickRadio, Inc. as well as held a Senior VP position with FAME Information Services, Inc. Mr. Hoover is a Pioneer Member of the Internet Society and has been published in Internet World, Computer Currents and the IEEE NAECON. Mr. Hoover holds a MBA from Georgia State University and Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
